100 ml milk, 150 g butter, Salt, 500 g flour, 800 g beef shoulder, 1 onion, 100 g smoked bacon, 4 tblsp. oil, Pepper, freshly-milled, 2 tblsp. Worcestershire sauce, 400 ml beef stock, 2 tblsp. flour, 5 tblsp. beer, 1 egg yolk, Plus:, 8 small round baking dishes (Ø 8 –10 cm), Butter to grease the dishes, 2 tblsp. flour to flour the countertop
